    Answer: We do not offer refunds for cancellations. However, credit from your deposit may be applied to a future booking if canceled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Credit must be used within one year of the original event date. Weather-related changes will be accommodated.

    3. Do you have liability insurance?
    Answer: Yes, we are fully insured for all services and events.

    4. What areas do you serve?
    Answer: We are based in San Joaquin County and serve the surrounding areas, including the San Francisco Bay Area. Travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service zone.

    5. What ages are pony rides suitable for?
    Answer: Pony rides are perfect for children ages 2 and up! Younger children will need a parent or guardian to walk alongside them during the ride.

    6. Do you provide helmets?
    Answer: Yes, we provide ASTM/SEI certified riding helmets for all children. Helmets are required and properly fitted before each ride to ensure safety.

    7. Are your ponies safe and trained?
    Answer: Absolutely! Our ponies are gentle, well-trained, and used to being around children. They are carefully chosen for their calm temperament and friendly personalities.

    8. Do you travel to private parties or events?
    Answer: Yes! We offer mobile services and can travel to birthday parties, school events, festivals, and more. Just let us know your event details when booking.

    9. What do you need at the event location?
    Answer: We require a safe, flat area—preferably grass or dirt—for the pony rides. Shade and access to water for the ponies are appreciated. Specific requirements will be discussed during booking.

    10. How many ponies can we book?
    Answer: You can book 1 or several ponies depending on your event’s size and duration. We’ll help determine the best setup for your guest count.

    11. How long do the pony rides last?
    Answer: Each ride typically lasts 3 to 5 minutes per child, depending on your package and the number of riders. We can customize timing based on your event schedule.

    12. What happens in bad weather?
    Answer: Safety is our top priority. In cases of heavy rain, lightning, or extreme temperatures, we may need to reschedule or cancel. We’ll work closely with you to find the best solution.

    13. Are the ponies supervised?
    Answer: Yes! Every pony ride is supervised by trained handlers who walk beside the ponies and assist children with mounting, riding, and dismounting safely.

    14. Do you offer rides for older kids or adults?
    Answer: Most of our ponies are suited for young children, but we do have larger ponies or horses available for older kids or small adults. Let us know your needs when booking!

    15. Is a deposit required to book a pony ride?
    Answer: Yes, a nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This helps us hold your date and prepare the perfect experience for your event.

    16. What payment methods do you accept?
    Answer: We accept cash, Zelle, and Venmo. Checks are also accepted but must be received and cleared at least 3 weeks prior to your event to ensure your booking is secured.

    Answer: Pony rides are generally suitable for children ages 1 to 10, depending on the child’s size and confidence. Riders must be able to sit up unassisted for safety.

    2. Is there a weight limit for pony rides?
    Answer: Yes, for the safety of both the ponies and riders, we have a weight limit of 200 lbs (91 kg).

    3. Do I need to bring a helmet?
    Answer: No need! We provide safety helmets for all riders at no extra cost. You're also welcome to bring your own certified equestrian helmet if you prefer.

    Answer: All cart rides are supervised by trained handlers. Carts are regularly inspected for safety. Helmets are optional but available upon request.

    Answer: Absolutely! You're welcome to bring a photographer for private sessions. We also offer packages that include our in-house photographer.

    3. Do you offer themed photoshoots (e.g., cowboy, princess)?
    Answer: Yes! We have a variety of costumes and props for themed photoshoots—such as cowboy, princess, fairy tale, and more. Just let us know your preference when booking.

    4. How long is a typical photo session?
    Answer: Sessions typically last between 20 to 45 minutes, depending on the package selected and the number of participants.

    5. When will we receive our photos?
    Answer: Digital proofs are usually delivered within 3–5 business days. Final edited images are provided within one week after your selections are made.
